As each piece is uniquely handmade, I do not accept returns on 'Made to Order' pieces. I do not accept returns or exchanges on 'Custom' orders, anything sized, or items that have been otherwise personalized.
As for the pieces that are already made, 'Ready to Ship' and 'One of a Kind' section), I accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
Please contact hello@lalobajewelry with questions regarding returns. La Loba is not responsible for items damaged in the mail or lost in transit. I do not refund shipping charges on return items. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise discussed.
